Recently he has begun working with Johns Hopkins Hospital Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery performing cosmetic tattooing for breast cancer patients in their recovery process.

This type of tattooing is a great alternative to nipple/areola reconstruction, giving the 3-D illusion of a raised nipple without additional surgery. Tattooing can also be performed in conjunction with nipple reconstruction to add the pigmented areola. Additionally, this procedure can aide in the masking of nipple reconstruction scarring.
