I started tattooing while serving in the US Army in South Korea in 1984. Little Vinnies Tattoos opened its doors June 1, 1991 in Westminster, Maryland. Since then I have been fortunate enough to have worked with some of the best tattoo artists in the world and travel to hundreds of shops and conventions all over the globe.
